Start with a hello.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. We answer in real time during business hours — it's the same thread you'll use once you're here.
How we work
What to expect when you reach out
No tickets, no auto-replies, no "your inquiry is important to us." A real person on this end, usually answering between coffee and the next school run.
Within 30 minutes, usually
Monday through Saturday, roughly 9am to 4pm Nicaragua time (UTC−6). Outside those hours we still see your message — we just reply in the morning.
One business day
Best for documents, anything you want a written record of, or longer questions that need real thought. We don't answer on Sundays.
Phone calls
By appointment
Send us a WhatsApp first and we'll set up a time — usually same week. Easier than playing voicemail tag across time zones.
Send a message
For everything that isn't urgent
Use the form for detailed questions, things you want in writing, or first-touch inquiries when you're still figuring out what you need.
If it's urgent — like you're already at the border or your shipment is stuck in customs — skip the form and message us on WhatsApp. The form is the slow lane.
Got it — we'll be in touch.
Expect a reply within one business day. For anything urgent in the meantime, send us a WhatsApp.

Where to find us
We're based in San Juan del Sur
A small Pacific surf town in Rivas, on the southern end of Nicaragua's coast. Our office sits right by the port, next door to Tuani's Resto Bar. Walk-ins are fine — but WhatsApp ahead, we're often out doing property visits.

Still figuring out what you need?
That's fine — most people aren't sure when they first reach out. A five-minute WhatsApp usually sorts it out faster than a week of email.
